CANCELLATIONS: At least 48 hr notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Failure to notify within 48 hrs will result in a fee due to not being given the appropriate time to fill the appointment time. Fees are as follows: $15 for a 30 min appt $30 for a 60 min appt $50 for a 90 min appt $75 for a 2 hr appt. Every additional hour blocked after 2 hrs will result in an additional $25 MISSED APPOINTMENTS: Failure to cancel and/or no show an appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are 15 minutes (or more) late for your scheduled time, I may be limited on your service(s) or may not be able to fully complete the service, therefore; I may have to reschedule. All attempts to reschedule will made in a timely manner. If we do not hear from you after 30 mins of your scheduled appointment time, then your appointment will be considered a "no show" and will be treated as a missed appointment. *Fees will be required in order to book your next appointment* I do understand that emergencies and just life in general happens so will take into consideration certain instances.
